Our firm was founded in 1983 by Everett Gray and William N. Palmer, and began primarily as a real estate law practice. Attorney C. Peter Bos joined the following year. Though our roots are in real estate transactions, the firm has grown and evolved alongside Maine's changing economy to serve individuals, families, small businesses, employees, and employers.

Attorney William N. Palmer was born and raised in the Bangor, Maine area. He and C. Peter Bos have worked together since the 1980s, and many of our clients have been with the firm just as long. As local attorneys, we understand this community because we are part of it.
